Studies have shown, students are more inclined to forego or postpone their study abroad plans with the incidence of the pandemic. However, concurrently more students are open to the idea of an online education or degree programmes. Keiko Ikeda explains how a smart campus, providing smart learning can support a steady stream of international students with virtual exchange/collaborative online international learning.
